Delivery in 10/22 days from the confirmation of shipment that the customer will receive via e-mail.
The shipping company is the national postal service of the country from which the customer purchases.
For any doubt or clarification our staff will reply to all requests sent to the address email@example.com or by message on our official facebook page.
We make returns only in case of our mistake
example; wrong size than requested, problems with products, shipments etc. The customer will receive informations about the shipping of the returns by E-mail.
The objects must not be used with the labels and in the original packaging, if the return does not meet these characteristics it will be sent back.
If you do not receive your products within 50 days you will always be reimbursed in any case.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund
Exchanges for wrong sizes are not accepted.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over €50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
